Orders and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example when a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll issue a full refund.

Product information

We do our best to display our products' colors and dimensions accurately, but screens vary and handmade or natural materials can differ slightly from the photos. Please check the listed measurements before ordering.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Safety

Lighted decorations, candles and inflatables should be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Never leave candles or lit decorations unattended, and use outdoor-rated products only where indicated.

Discount codes

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and may be withdrawn at any time.
